OUR CLASS
AERIAL BEGINNER
This class will offer basic exercises to help students master the proper techniques for aerial work on both silks and hammocks. These conditioning drills will help to improve accuracy and efficiency in their aerial movements.
BACK CARE
This class incorporates specialized sequence and instructions to alleviate stiffness and tension in the spine, promoting a healthy spinal structure.
DEEP STRETCH
This class is a mindful class with mostly static stretch. You will have a deep relaxation on tight muscles and calm your mind during the class through breathing and meditation.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga emphasizes proper posture and breathing techniques as a means of directing the flow of vital energy within the body. By promoting proper alignment and mindful movements, Hatha Yoga can help to achieve balance, build strength, and enhance overall feelings of well-being.
SUNRISE YOGA
Sunrise yoga practice offers numerous benefits, including clarity of mind, increased creativity, and peace of body and mind. This is due in part to the fewer distractions that exist at the start of the day, providing a more serene and focused environment for yoga practice.
AERIAL LOW FLOW
This class focuses on stretching and relaxation using low hammocks. It is ideal for beginners as it utilizes gravity to assist in stretching and the majority of your body will be resting on the floor. The class also incorporates meditation for a complete experience of peace and calmness.
ARM BALANCE & INVERSION
This class is suitable for those new to arm balances and inversions, and is designed to be beginner-friendly. In addition to building flexibility, the class will also include strength and conditioning exercises to help establish a strong muscle foundation. It is ideal for individuals who are looking to challenge themselves, not just improve their flexibility.
ENERGIZING FLOW
A vinyasa-based class emphasizes movement and mobility. It combines strength building exercises with flexibility work, focusing on arm and leg balance, backhanding, and inversions. This type of practice creates heat and increases the heart rate, making it a dynamic and invigorating workout experience.
HIP OPENING & SPLIT
This class focuses on unlocking the hips through a unique and dynamic standing sequence. A variety of different yoga postures are combined to generate heat and flexibility in the hip joints, promoting greater mobility and ease in the hips.
WHEEL YOGA
The yoga wheel is a versatile prop in the shape of a hollow circle, designed to aid in stretching, reducing tension, and enhancing flexibility. Using a yoga wheel can help deepen your yoga practice and take it to a new level. This class will include backhanding postures and utilize the yoga wheel to provide a comprehensive and challenging workout experience.
AERIAL YOGA
This class is designed for students who have been practicing Aerial Yoga for three months and includes both conditioning drills and aerial tricks and flow on a hammock. It is a suitable class for individuals who have a foundation in Aerial Yoga and are looking to improve their skills.
CORE YOGA
This class targets improvement of core stability, which is essential for balance and steadiness. The core refers to the central part of the body, including the pelvis, lower back, hips, and stomach. Through participating in this class, individuals can expect to not only strengthen their core muscles, but also improve their overall stability.
GENTLE STRETCH WITH SINGING BOWL
This class combines sound therapy and stretching, offering a unique and immersive experience. Participants will be treated to a soothing sound bath while they stretch and move their bodies, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
SHOULDER & BACK
This class combines stretching and strength training to target the back and shoulders. It includes backhanding postures and various bending exercises designed to improve balance and bring the body back into alignment. The focus is on strengthening these areas of the body to promote greater stability and ease of movement.
YIN YANG
Yin Yang Yoga is a style of yoga that merges two different practices, combining the benefits of passive, held postures with more dynamic sequences and standing poses. This blend creates a well-rounded yoga experience, promoting both relaxation and strength.
